    Materials

    ✅ Size 4/medium yarn in bread, red, green, yellow and brown.

    ✅ 4 mm hook.

    ✅ 10 mm safety eyes.

    ✅ Tapestry needle.

    ✅ Scissors.

    ✅ Filling.

    ✅ Red or black embroidery thread.

    ✅ Cardboard for a sturdy base (optional).

    Instructions

    Top Hamburger Bun

    Start in the bread color.

    Round 1: 6 sc in a Magic Ring. (6)

    Round 2: *Inc* all around. (12)

    Round 3: *Inc, sc * all around. (18)

    Round 4: *Inc, sc 2* all around. (24)

    Round 5: *Inc, sc 3* all around. (30)

    Round 6: *Inc, sc 4* all around. (36)

    Round 7: *Inc, sc 5* all around. (42)

    Round 8-10: *Sc* all around. (42)

    Now we are going to add 2 eye stitch markers on round 10. Add a different color marker on the 19th stitch and the 24th stitch.

    Fill the bread firmly.

    Optional: So that the bottom of the burger is flat and can sit better, we can add a piece of cardboard to the bottom. Place the burger on a piece of cardboard. Trace a circle around the base of the burger with a pen (photo 1-2). Cut out the circle (photo 3-4). Now fill the burger with the cardboard (photo 5).

    Use black or red embroidery thread.

    Insert the needle with the thread into the center area, as shown, and pull the needle one point above the right eye (photo 1). Reinsert the needle in the same central area and take it out one point above the left eye (photo 2). Reinsert the needle in the central area and take it out a few stitches further (photo 3). Tie the two ends of the thread into firm knots and tuck the knots inside the burger to hide them. Cut the excess thread.
