Row 1: (Purl). 1 Mpa in the 3rd pc from the hook. *Pr on the next pc. 1 Mpa in the next pc. Repeat from * to the end of the pc. Spin. 85 (93-97-101) points.
Row 2: 1 Pc. Pr in the first mp. *1 Mpa in the next pr. Pr in the next mp. Repeat from * to the end of the row. Spin.
Row 3: 2 Pc. 1 Mpa in the first pr. *1 Pr in the next hdc. 1 Mpa in the next pr. Repeat from * to the end of the row. Spin.
Repeat the last 2 rows until the piece from the beginning measures 28″ [71 cm], ending with a purl row.
Shape the back
Next row: (Right). 2 pc. 1 Mpa in first pr. (Pr in the next hdc. 1 hdc in the next hdc) 18 (20-20-21) times (neck edge). Turn Leave the remaining sts unworked.
Right front: Continue with texture pattern over 37 (41-41-43) sts until piece from neck edge measures 28″ [71 cm]. Top off.
Left Front: (Right). Skip the next 11 (11-15-15) sts mid back neck. Join the thread with a pr in the next st. Pattern to the end of the row. Continue with textured cast off in 37 (41- 41-43) sts until piece measures 71 cm [28″] from edge of back neck. Close.
Fringe: Cut pieces of thread 28 cm long. Taking 3 strands together, knot the fringes evenly across the bottom edges of the back and front. Trim the fringes evenly.
