Crochet the Superwhirl Coaster
The superwhirl coaster is crocheted in one piece in Wine Red in spiral rounds with slip stitches, single crochet stitches, half double crochet stitches, double crochet stitches and treble crochet stitches.

- Crochet the Superwhirl Coaster in spiral rounds in Wine Red.
- Round 1: 6 sc into Magic Ring. (6 stitches)
- Round 2: [1 increase] repeat till end of the round (12 stitches).
- Round 3: [1 sc, 1 increase] repeat 6 times (18 stitches).
- Round 4: [1 half double crochet, 1 half double crochet increase] repeat 9 times (27 stitches).
- Round 5: [2 half double crochet, 1 half double crochet increase] repeat 9 times (36 stitches).
- Round 6: [2 double crochet, 1 double crochet increase] repeat 12 times (48 stitches).
- Round 7: [3 double crochet, 1 double crochet increase] repeat 12 times (60 stitches).
- Round 8: [3 treble crochet, 1 treble crochet increase] repeat 15 times (75 stitches).
- Round 9: Only 2 double crochet, 2 half double crochet, 2 sc, 1 slip stitch.
- Finish: Cut the yarn and weave in the leftover yarn.
And done is the actual coaster with a whirl pattern. Even without crocheting the surface slip stitches on the coaster it can be already used as a coaster.
