Lizard Crochet Pattern Amigurumi Bookmark – “Book Lizard”

Continue knitting the hind legs of the lizard in Golf Green without cutting the thread.

•  Row 1: 15 chain stitches, [6 chain stitches, 1 double crochet in the 3rd stitch from the needle, 3 sl st] x 4.
• Crochet the foot in the same way as you did with the foot of the front leg. Pass the needle through the stitch to the left of the last toe you knitted, make a yarn over and pull the thread through. Repeat this step with all the other stitches between the toes and the stitch to the left of the first toe that you knitted. You will have 5 loops on the needle. Make a yarn over and thread through all 5 loops.
•  Row 2: 5 sc, 3 half double crochet, 6 double crochet. Return to row 47 or row 48 .

Weave Lizard Eyes (2x)

Crochet the eyes of the lizard with white thread in a spiral single crochet. Knit 2 eyes.

• Knit the eyes in a spiral with White yarn .
•  Round 1 : 5 sc inside the magic ring (5 stitches).
•  Round 2 : [1 inc] x 5 (10 stitches).
•  Round 3: 10 sc (10 stitches).
•  Row 4: Knit only 2 sc.
• Finishing: Cut the thread leaving a good margin and leave a long tail to sew.

Lizard Montage

Pupils: Form a circle with Black thread , in the same way that you would do it with a basic knot. Pass one end of the string 3 times through the circle and pull.

With an embroidery needle, pass the two ends of the thread through the center of the eye and fix them on the inside of the eye with several knots so that the pupil does not protrude through the center.

Eyes: Sew the eyes to the head 6 rows below the top of the head with one stitch between them at the narrowest point.
