Instructions for the Crochet Snow Hat

• The 1 pc does not count as a point. Always work the first stitch in the same stitch as the pc. Join with the first stitch of the round, not with the starting pc.
• 1. 1 ch. Start with a base sc of 39 stitches. It should be about 18″ and should easily and comfortably stretch to 21-22″. Being careful not to twist, join with a sr to the first stitch, forming a large ring. (39 points)
• 2. Pc 1. Work a 3 hdc puff stitch into the next stitch. *Pc 1. Skip the next stitch. Work a 3 hdc puff stitch into the next stitch* and repeat through the remaining stitches. Join with the first point. (39 points)
