❇️ Round 1 (right side): 10 mpc in the 3rd pc of the hook. Join with a pr to the first hdc. 10 mpa. ❇️ Round 2: PC 2. 2 hdc in each hdc until the end of the round. Join with a pr to the first hdc. 20 mpa.

❇️ Round 3: PC 2. 1 mpc in the first mpc. *2 hdc in the next hdc. 1 hdc in the next hdc. Repeat from * 5 more times. 2 hdc in the next hdc. Break A. Join B.

❇️  With B, *1 mpa in the next mpa. 2 hdc in next hdc. Repeat from * two more times. ❇️  Join with a pr in the first mpa. Tour. 30 mpa.

❇️  Don’t fasten.

Hat

❇️ Note: The hat is worked in rows.

❇️ Row 1 (wrong side): PC 3. 1 sc in the 2nd PC from the hook. 1 sc in the next ch. 1 sc in each of the next 9 hdc. Tour. Leave the remaining stitches unworked.

❇️ Row 2: PC 3. 1 sc in the 2nd PC from the hook. 1 sc in the next ch. Pr in each of the next 2 sc. 2 sc. 1 hdc in each of the next 5 sc. Tour. Leave the remaining stitches unworked.

❇️ Row 3: PC 2. 1 hdc in each hdc until the end of the row. Tour.

❇️ Repeat row 3 one more time.

Beard

❇️ Round 1 (right side): Join C with a pr to the 1st stitch without working on the face after the hat. *2 tr in the next stitch. 1 pr in the next stitch. Repeat from * 9 more times. fasten.
