• Round 1: (Pc) 20, join with (pr) to form the ring (keeping the tension tight but not tight – you want both ends to be a little tighter so they hug around the toilet paper tube). Make sure not to twist the sts.
• Round 2: (Pc) 2 in the first pc and then (dc) in each remaining st of the round. (Pr) in the last st of the round to join. Repeat 7 rounds for a toy the size of 1/2 a toilet paper roll or 11 rounds for a full toilet paper roll.
• Round 3: Finish the last round with 1 (pr) in each st and join.
• Round 4: (Sc) 30 and then make 2 (dc) in the 3rd sc from the hook. (If you want a longer curl, make the pc longer.)
• Round 5: Work 3 (dc) in each ch until you reach the beginning of the ch. (Pr) to unite. Close the zipper and knit the ends.
• Row 6: Sew the bell at the end of the loop.
• Round 7: Place on the toilet paper roll.
