The Noso elephant, the smallest representative of the otherwise largest land mammals in the world, may not have much to bring in terms of mass on the scale, but is finally a kind of its species that can be kept at home without any problems.
The Nosos (pronounced like “no sew”) are a series of amigurumi whose bodies are crocheted in one piece and without sewing on the arms and legs. Less sewing, more fun!
This crochet elephant is crocheted with chain stitches, slip stitches and single crochet stitches in spiral rounds and in rows and is easy to crochet.
The depicted amigurumi elephant has been crocheted with the “Schachenmayr Catania” yarn with a 2.5 mm crochet hook and has a height of 5 cm.
