Materials
✅ 5 balls of Clea 5 yarn in color 8001.
✅ Hook size 1.5 mm and B-1.
✅ Tapestry needle
✅ 1 6″ white zipper.
✅ 10 yards of round elastic
✅ Paper, pencil and scissors.
Caliber
✅ Rosette A = 5.5″ x 5.5″ using the 1.5 mm hook.
✅ Rosette B =8″ x 8″ using hook B-1.
Instructions
Note: Transfer the measurement diagram to paper to guide you. The arrows indicate the direction. Motifs Follow the corresponding diagram to create each woven motif.
Part 1
Follow the assembly diagram. For the front and back you will need 18 A rosettes, 8 B rosettes and 8 C rosettes joined with slip stitches. Leave a 4″ opening on one side to sew the zipper in later.
Part 2
Work each leg separately. For each leg you will use 18 A rosettes, 21 B rosettes, 12 D rosettes, 6 E rosettes, 6 F rosettes, joined with slip stitches. Follow the assembly diagram. Do the other leg the same.
Waist
Use the 1.5 mm hook. Rows 1-5: Follow diagram 7 and repeat the stitches.
Switch to the tapestry needle and insert the round elastic (3 rows). Sew the zipper on the side.
Hem
Use the 1.5 mm hook. Rows 1-3: Follow diagram 8. Fasten.
