Cactus

Base and row 1: Hc 12 and hdc 3 in the 2nd stitch from the hook, then hdc 1 across in the next 10 stitches. PC 1 and mp 1 in the next 10 points.

Row 2: Pr in next and continue with Pr around. When you reach the 5th stitch on the other side, sl 5 (for the small cactus segment) and hdc 2 in the last stitch on the hook, skip 2, sl st in the 3rd stitch and 2 last stitches to finish the round. Leave a long tail to sew the pin behind. Pass it through the tapestry needle and insert it so that it is behind. Position the pin and use the tail to fasten it.

Flower

PC 4 and hdc 1 in the 1st stitch. Repeat this one more time, then sl st in every 1st stitch to close. Work the queues.

Flowerpot

Base and row 1: Sc 4, turn the work and sc 1 throughout (3). Pc 1 and turn the work.

Row 2: sc 1 around (3). Pc 1 and turn the work.

Row 3: sc 1 in the 2 stitches, sc 2 in the last one (4). Pc 1 and turn the work.

Row 4: sc 1 around (4). Pc 1 and turn the work.

Row 5: sc 2 in the first 3 stitches, sc 1 in the next 2, and finally sc 2 in the last stitch (6).

Thread a sewing needle and sew the flower on top of the cactus (or on the segment). Sew the pot onto the bottom of the cactus.
