Mounting
Pupils: The pupils will be 6mm safety eyes that need to be shortened a bit after attaching, so that the eye itself is not accidentally deformed after being sewn to the head.
Insert the safety eye through the center of the eye you have knitted. If you’re having trouble getting through the crochet with the safety eye, thread a needle through the spot where you’re going to place the eye to make the hole bigger.

Next, attach the grommet and use scissors to shorten the insertable part of the eye.

Eyes: Sew the eyes at a distance of 2 rows of stitches above the nose (the nose ends with the row of stitches you have knitted using only the front loops). The distance between the eyes should be one row of dots at the narrowest point.

Legs: Sew two pairs of legs to the left and right in the first and second black stripes, and two more in the second yellow stripe (counting from the head). Sew the legs so that the “feet” (ie the rounded part) are below the bottom of the body. Make sure each leg matches each color stripe.

Antenna: Sew the antenna at a distance of 1 row of stitches above the eyes, with a distance of 2 stitches between them.
